This website was built by Jauca IT, Brig (Valais), Switzerland — www.jaucait.ch. Jauca IT is responsible for the technical implementation only. Responsibility for the content of this site, including all photographs and text, rests with the person named above.
The short version
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no social media widgets. It embeds nothing from third-party servers — the fonts, images and the media kit are all served from this domain. Nothing you do here is measured, profiled, sold or shared.
That is why there is no cookie banner on this site. There is nothing to consent to.
What is processed anyway
Server logs. Every website is delivered by a server, and the server records each request. These entries contain the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if there is one, and the browser and operating system reported by the device. This is technically unavoidable and is necessary to deliver the site and to defend it against attack. The logs are held by the hosting provider, are not linked to any other data, are not used to identify individual visitors, and are deleted on the provider's ordinary retention cycle. For visitors to whom the GDPR applies, the justification is legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Email. If you write to the address above, your message, your email address and anything else you choose to include are stored in order to answer you and to handle any booking or enquiry that follows. That mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), which means Google processes the message in the course of delivering it; if that matters for what you want to discuss, ask for another channel in a first short message. Correspondence is kept for as long as the working relationship and any applicable statutory retention periods require, and is not used for anything else.
Media kit. The PDF offered on this site is an ordinary file on this server. Downloading it creates a server log entry as described above and nothing further. There is no download counter and no registration.
Cookies and local storage
None are set. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for sessions. The site stores nothing in your browser and reads nothing from it.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram. That is a third-party platform operating under its own terms and its own privacy policy, over which there is no control here. No data is transmitted to Instagram until you choose to follow the link. From that point their practices apply, not this notice.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask whether data concerning you is being processed and request a copy of it, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure, object to processing, request that processing be restricted, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland that authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). In the EU it is the authority for your country of residence.
Write to the email address above to exercise any of these. Given how little this site collects, most requests will be answered by explaining that the only record is the hosting provider's server log, and by asking the provider to retrieve or erase entries where that is technically possible.
Photographs on this site
The photographs published here document professional modelling work. Rights in individual campaign, lookbook and e-commerce images may sit with the commissioning brand or the photographer. If you hold rights in an image shown on this site and want it removed, write to the address above and it will be taken down without argument.
Security
This site is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No forms, no accounts, no payment processing and no file uploads exist on it, so there is nothing here for a visitor to submit and nothing stored about a visitor beyond the server log described above.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the site as it is published today. If a contact form, analytics, embedded video or any other feature that processes data is added later, this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and a consent mechanism will be added if one becomes necessary.
