The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no social media widgets, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from this domain. Nothing you do here is tracked, profiled or passed on to anyone.
What is processed anyway
Server logs. The hosting provider, [hosting provider and country], records standard technical data each time a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure. These logs are not combined with other data and are not used to identify anyone. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.
Email. If you write to the address above, your message and contact details are stored in order to answer you and to handle any booking that follows. Email is transmitted through Google's mail service; if that matters to you, use another channel. Messages are kept as long as the business relationship and any statutory retention periods require.
Media kit download. The PDF is a plain file on this server. Downloading it registers nothing beyond the server log entry described above.
Cookies
None. Not analytics, not preferences, not session storage. There is nothing to consent to, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Links to other sites
The Instagram link leads to a third-party platform with its own data practices. Following it is your decision and their privacy policy applies from that point on. No data is transmitted to Instagram until you click.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask for confirmation of whether data about you is being processed, request a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU it is the authority for your country of residence.
To exercise any of these, write to the email address above. Given how little this site collects, most requests will be answered by pointing at the server logs held by the hosting provider.
Images and content
The photographs on this site are used to document professional modelling work. Rights in individual campaign images may sit with the commissioning brand. If you hold rights to an image here and want it removed, write to the address above and it will be taken down.
Changes
This notice applies as published. If the site later adds analytics, a contact form, embedded media or anything else that processes data, this page gets updated first.
